Sweet Property Service

Sold our house and provided excellent customer service. Both my wife and I felt obligated to mention on the internet how brilliant this agent actually is. Back in March my wife spotted a Bungalow that was for sale with Sweet Property Services, we arranged the appointment for Saturday afternoon and a lovely gentleman turned up on time and showed us around, he was patient, helpful and very professional (we subsequently found out he was the owner). On the Monday we made an appointment and invited Sweet to value our own house, they arrived on time and were extremely professional and organised. We agreed a price and within a few days viewings started. At various points we were introduced to the rest of the staff and again all of them were knowledgeable of our situation and helped us step by step. After a few weeks we had two offers and accepted one that was just short of Sweet’s valuation. At each stage the staff kept us fully informed and we moved to our new home a few days ago. Our dealings with all at Sweet Property Services were a pleasure and that’s why we both felt it necessary to write our findings on the internet. Sue the Manager was very good and so too was all the other staff. We would recommend this estate agent in Rochester to anyone thinking of moving house.

James has done work at my home in Rochester over the past few years including refurbishing my kitchen, extensive redecoration throughout including plastering, replacing ceilings and fitting a new fireplace in my Victorian property. the work was of an excellent standard and quality and he always tidied up afterwards.

Spice Fusion

Ist visit to Spice Fusion. Decor very modern ,clean, service good. We had our starter lovely the main course well we chose a dish with lots of different spices in it but very dissapointed when we tried it , it tasted like it had been watered down. The tomato dingre with spinach and cheese also tasted like it had be watered down couldn't taste the cheese.The oranges at the end had more flavour !!! won't be going back.

Waste disposal from Commercial Recycling Ltd I have used commercial recycling for waste disposal (Canford site) & waste collection (Skip & Grab bag). PHC Servicing Ltd

i recieved a call from this company and they called almost daily until i agreed to a service at £35 it seemd ok however the engineer insisted i needed new washable ilters at a cost of £30 and £15 and a new bracket at a cost of £30 and a new brush bar at a cost of £30 they assured me they were cheaper than buying from dyson. luckily for me whilst the engineer was here i checked out the prices on dyson uk site and found the filters were infact £25 and £15 and as mine were lifetime and washable decided to wash them myself the brush bar was infact £17.49 and the bracket £1.22 . Had i bought the service and all the repairs from phc the cost would of been £140 !!!! just a bit less than a brand new dyson ! i obviously still had to pay for the service but the engineer was quite unhappy i had checked out the price !
