    ~The delivery arrived on time unfortunately the delivery man had such an attitude I felt it necessary to complain. He was rude and arrogant. Forgetting that I was supposed to be the customer. Would never use this courier if they can employ such people, He told me that I was silly/stupid and if there was another parcel to be delivered I could go to Maidstone to collect it myself. All this and I just asked him why he had not knocked on the door if he thought the bell wasn't working.
