About Us

Pregnancy Yoga classes for all abilities from 16 weeks. Post-natal yoga for new mums. Individual tuition for pregnancy and the post-natal period. The group sessions are very relaxed and give clients space to spend quality time getting to know their bodies and prepare for labour.

Specialist Services:

I am the only one providing this service in Medway, reaching out to Mums in all of the Medway towns, offering support, information and on-going care during the transition to motherhood. The post-natal class offers an intimate setting where babies are welcome to attend along with new Mums.
