Pilates and physiotherapy

A combination of physiotherapy and pilates is an excellent way forward to improve both health and fitness. At Kesson physiotherapy in Faversham you are looked after in both skills. After 12 lessons I feel much improved and have enroled for 12 more. A very good experience and a road to recovery-keep up the excellent work.
