Epson specialist supreme

CX 3600 out of warantee until Medway Computers checked my serial # with Epaon and found I had a 15 month cover not 12. Dianosed fault not on printer but with service pack 2 for XP Pro OS I am using. Uninstalled service pack all works perfectly. Thanks for excellent communications and expert advice. Regards Jim Humphries
