Don't bother, rude staff

In short, the service is terrible. Don't bother going to any of these franchise garages. They don't care about you, all they want is your money! Mr Clutch in Southampton is worse. We got our clutch done there, had to go back because the work wasn't done properly and we were told to wait until he finishes his lunch. He could have asked his staff to have a look at it, but we had to suggest this to him!
