La Tasca are a chain of authentic Spanish restaurants with a careful blend of everything that is good about Spain - warm decor, authentic cuisine and friendly hospitality. All this combines to create a great atmosphere, where you can relax and eat or drink as much as you like, from a selection of Tapas dishes to an authentic Paella. They also serve a selection of Spanish wines, sherry, beers and Sangria.
I will keep this simple, if you are going to go, Sunday - Wednesday....... they can not cope with being busy so your food will come out cold & old during the weekend rush. This is not just my experience, it has been the same for several of my friends, which is a shame because tapas really needs to be freshHowever, I have had a wonderful valentines meal there with my husband, maybe it was the set menu but with it being a Saturday they actually managed to cope.Try it for yourselves, staff and chefs change regularly in the restuarant business.Let me know how you get on, I may give it another try.Mx
This is a tapas chain. The food is the same in every restaurant, the quality is reliable but menu changes are infrequent but for a quick snack at lunchtime the choice is good and two people can have 4 to 6 different dishes to suit thier mood at a reasonable price. The best choice is the breaded chicken breast with mayo dip.Oh and the anchovies are good too.
