We took our german shepherd to kaos kennels at the beginning of the year and she is booked in to go again this month. The kennels are clean and secure and have heating for those cold nights too. We found the staff lovely and very helpful too. I just wish they were a bit closer to us but that is the only "negative" thing we have to say... Great work kaos kennels! And thank you
I highly recommend against using this kennel. The kennels are in a poor state and unclean. There is a small "play area" with lots of faeces lying around. Anyone who rates this kennel with 5 stars has a compromised objectivity. I have complained to the RSPCA and the local council.
I have been taking my dog to this kennel for 5 years and have never had a problem. A sure sign that Goldie loves it there is the fact that he drags us into it, he is so keen. If it was supposidly bad then i am sure he would not be keen to go. The staff are lovely and the dogs well looked after.
kaos kennels is the best in town. we have been using kaos for 3 years now and never had a problem, they make the biggest fuss of our dog every time we go there. the staff are lovely and we feel very pleased with how they care for our dog.
The Kennels are safe and well managed and in the hands of experienced owners and staff. The dogs are catered for perfectly well and are supplied with quality food should you not wish to provide your own. The kennels are warm dry and clean and any dogs we have placed there have been cared for as well as we would expect!
Both Anne (owner) and her daughter Paula are absolutely lovely and are extreamly experienced. The Kennels are professional and clean. Comment above.....you surely saw the kennels before you left your dog .........if so terrible why leave you dog there?????
The kennels blocks are old and very cold. Heating is inadequate for the dogs. Staff do not seem to have much interest in dogs at all. I will not be leaving my dog there again as I got him back smelling awful and very jumpy as if he had been scared by something.
