  Just a quickie to say Thank you to Mr Sweet and the team at Sweet Property Services, they sold our house and we moved! when others could not! but.... we should have gone to Sweets First! and we are so pleased with the service and value for money (but i would have paid more)! I really feel obliged to write this note sweet's were were Excellent and deserve it in these tough times! Well done!

• Great Service, Top Agent , well done! Sweet

  Hi I have had the experience of dealing with this company and Mr sweet of Sweet Property Services, I only felt obliged to add my thoughts to this site when i read the below reviews which to be honest I felt were really un fair. Me and my brothers experience with this company was Fantastic! First Class, Mr Sweet and his team sold our home in just over a month and we had 2 offers and achieved the full price the service was impeciable and I would definately without question recommend Sweet Property Services to friends again well done! Sweet

• Clowns

  As a Landlord I found this lot a joke. They lied about repairs and took the deposit from my tennant and tried to blame me. They then split into two firms, the off shoot being Squires. These morons are dreadful. They take lieing to a new level, they owe me a few months rent that the tennant has paid on time. If I was a tennant or landlord, I'd stay WELL AWAY. They don't repair, don't provide paper work, they don't relay money to the landlord. I'm not the only one out there they are doing this to.

• Not So Sweet

  I was looking for a property in rochester and I went to Sweet because i like a house they had in their window. Once in the shop, i was told this property hadn't been available for weeks. I thought that this was illegal? Upon hearing this, i agreed to view another property, but nobody turned up - what a waste of a day. Upon calling them regarding the missed appointment, i was told that the man, whose name i won't mention, was unavailable, and i was not offered an apology. I took my business elsewhere.
