    turned away again .is it because my children are disabled or they are just discriminating against all children. we made our appointment and got thought the snow to get there to be meet at the door by the staff saying .we didnt think you would come .we tryed to phone you . when we got home our phones were working no message on the answer phone our mobiles were ok as well. she when on to say anyway we are not perpaired to cut your child hair in the snow. even know we were early. this has happen even when there has been on snow.4 or5 times now we stopped going there and if you have childern beaware!!!!
