  Have had my dyson and kirby serviced by this company for the last two years as Dyson were absolutely useless when it came to actually sorting out my machine and i didn't have the slightest clue where to go to get parts for my kirby. I got in touch with phc back in 2010 and their engineers came out when it suited me best, gave me a very good price for the full service of both of my machines and then the next year gave me a ring, came out and did an even better job (this time on just my dyson as i dropped my kirby down the stairs). Extremely polite employees and engineers, will continue to use their services. very pleased

  I have been using the company to service my dyson for the last 4 years and have never had a problem, over the last year i have taken out a contract and is very happy how this company is treating me.

  I worked for the company and they lead customers to believe that they were in fact part of dyson. We weren't allowed to mention that parts weren't included. The owners of this company are husband and wife and do not pay wages usiing one excuse after another. I strongly suggest that customers do go direct to dyson and kirby themselves rather than a company masquerading as a leading team.

• Will not be using this company again

  After being cold called by this company it sounded like a good cheap option to have my Dyson serviced with them. I was however mislead by the operator as she told me parts were included in the price which turned out to be untrue. On telephoning and speaking to one of the owners he was extremely rude and unhelpful I will not be using this company again . I would recommend you go direct to Dyson it works out much cheaper.
