Terrible customer service
Homewarm installed my cavity wall insulation and damaged my property. We had an area manager visit out property and assure us that Homewarm would rectify the damage. Since then they have offered us a laughable 'final' settlement figure and the customer service has been appaling, none of our requests for information are being considered and we are being told 'NO' at every step of the way. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
