  Absolute shambles, zero customer service. I have 9 tattoos, 2 I had done at Medway tattoo. These 2 took much longer than any others to heal and resulted in very patchy and faded tattoos. When I returned (when I was in the area) about a year later to show how bad they were. I was told that they told me at the time of tattooing I needed to come back within a few weeks for a touch up (I wasn't told and I have never had to go for a touch up on any others!), basically they wanted me to pay to put their shambolic work right and when I said I wanted to speak to the manager my name and phone number was taken but never heard anything. Seriously AVOID this place...it is THE worst!

• Rude and ignorant

  I went to this parlour on the recommendation of a friend - having moved to the area to study, I thought I had better ask a local for their opinions. I have had a few tattoos done before back home in Lincoln, but being unable to get to my normal tattooist I thought I would try here. I can honestly say I have never been more put off a tattoo parlour more quickly; the staff were rude and arrogant, especially the American tattooist who was called over to talk to me and basically told me that what I wanted for a tattoo was crap. Needless to say, I left without getting anything done and got my tattoo elsewhere. I’ve since spoken to other people who live locally and been told that this used to be a really good parlour but the staff changed and it went downhill so I’ve forgiven my friend that told me to go there in the first place!
