Established in February 1987, Harbex has been supplying London, the South East and beyond with high quality steel profiles for over two decades. Originally a flame cutting business, Harbex has grown and developed to become a competitive multi process steel profiling company.

Originally a flame cutting business, Harbex has grown and developed to become a competitive multi process steel profiling company. The businessâ€™ capabilities were broadened in November 1997 when Sussex firm Profiling and Grinding was acquired, boosting the mechanical facilities of Harbex to include plough grinding, drilling, folding and shearing. Harbexâ€™ Essex based sister company, 'The Laser Edge' was established in July 2003 when Harbex brought the laser cutting side of The Cutting Edge. Already possessing much experience and a wealth of innovative technology, The Laser Edge has proved a valuable asset to Harbex and the partnership has developed to offer customers an award winning service at competitive bespoke prices.
