Needed a washing machine fast went round the usual big companys unhelpfull staff poor service, someone recommended Evans, what a breath of fresh air good old fashioned manners excallant service, had a washing machine next day. Highly recommended!

Brilliant,over the last 6yrs we have purchased,a washing machine,a LARGE freezer,small fridge & freezer,unfortunatley the fridge was faulty,one phone call & two hours later we had a replacement. The guys are really frendly and most helpfull.Most recommended.

I have used evans for nearly 30 years and have always found the staff there to be friendly , knowledgable and polite . their prices are better than the big stores and they know the meaning of proper old fashioned service . Following a panicked phone call on Xmas eve , they sent an engineer to my house within the hour and when he was unable to fix the elderly washing machine that I had bought from them in 1995 they arranged a replacement to be delivered before the end of the day . Service second to none when everyone else would not come out before the new year . I cannot recommend them highly enough and they will continue to have my business for as long as they are about.

I would never use them again. I bought a washing machine from them with turned out to be faulty (I didn't not even manage to do one load!), and yet they would not take it back or replace it. In fact, I still have it languishing unused at home, as they will put the phone down when I call them so I can't get them to collect it. Awful manners, awful staff, zero customer service. Worst retail experience of my life, currently considering suing them.
