• A great night dining out.

  I ate at the roffen last weekend in their restaurant after being reccomended by a friend. The food was really good value for money and really tasty. There is lots of choice and the "3 courses and wine" deal for £25 is excellent.

• A great place to eat, drink and be merry!

  The roffen club is a friendly club for members only, not only is it a health club but a social club too. I have enjoyed many a good night at the many events and parties that are put on for the members and their guests at a very reasonable price if not free for members. The staff and atmosphere are always very welcoming and the menu for the restaurant is more than satisfactory i would definately reccomend this club.

• a great club

  i had the great pleasure to attend the roffen club with some friends that are members we chose the wine and dine 3 course and unlimted wine untill coffee served at £25.00pp fantastic menu choice great value the waitress was very attentive bar staff very wellcoming all in all a great evening so muchso that i became a member myself .

• A great health club

  The Roffen really is unique, no kids! Just a luxurious adults club with great food and bars, wi-fi access throughout, excellent parties, and everything you would expect from a health club including tennis. I have been a member for years and would highly recommend it to anyone living in the Medway Towns.

• How do they do it for this price???

  I am a regular diner at The Roffen Club in Rochester, Kent.I have been a patron of this private members club since 1999 and the food never ceases to impress me with new menus every month and a fine selction of wines.In fact I am so endeared to the food at the club, along with the manner of staff and the quality surroundings that I am holding my wedding breakfast there in November.On my most recent visit to The Roffen on 7th June 2008, I dined with My fiancee and 2 friends. I started with asparagus spears with smoked salmon, followed by Monkfish wrapped in parma ham on a bed of spinach and accompanied with a potato and petit-pois broth. Both the starter and main were of excellent quality as usual, the monkfish cooked to perfection as in novice hands, this prize fish can be robbed of its appealing moist texture through over-cooking. A dessert of fresh fruit salad followed.Now, the best bit about The Roffen is the prices. The restaurant menu is offered at a fixed price. For dinner, the 3 course meal is £20, yes just £20 per person. It is incredible to find fine dining for such a price.I would reccommend anybody to join the club as a social member (£70 or so p/a) just to gain access to the fine food and high-class atmosphere.
