    After many years Ford ownership finally had enough. Car supposedly serviced only to return with same faults clearly not having been roadtested to see if faults removed. Promises of sales been sourced only to find the sales team have taken the day off after promising to be in. Stock takes on a Satuday in parts departement with no warning except a note on the desk and generally disinterest in their after sales service. Try booking in on day one and not getting your car back for a week because it's not in their system! Then find the fault hasnot been resolved. A very good and clear can't be bothered attitude so consequently i wnat to warn the world. Ford at Strood? Dire!
