    After spending hours a day working at a computer I developed a 'pain in the neck'. After some physio from Rainham Physiotherapy, they recommended Pilates to gently get mobility back to my muscles. I can definatley say that Liz's classes have restored my neck, back and shoulder to full mobility and added core strength.
