• Fast Delivery to Ireland

  What a service unbelievable. I ordered a shower and received it in 7 days. I live in the west of Ireland. If I ordered one in my local shop it would take at least 3 weeks. I have highly recommended your website to all my friends from Ireland

• No refund

  I cancelled an order for taps . They sent them anyway . I returned them as soon as they arrived (at cost to me) . That was ten weeks ago . They are very polite and confirm that the returned items arrived safely but no refund.

• do not use!!!!!Beware!!!!!

  Bought a toilet seat, had no communication, after several calls on my part and promises and lies on theirs i asked for a refund. Still have not received my refund. This company are amateurs!

• Rip off merchants

  Ordered a number of items from this company in anticipation of doing out two bathrooms. Thought pallet looked rather small but took it on trust ;that all the items were there - how wrong I was! A basin, toilet, all the fittings and designer tap were missing leaving me considerably out of pocket and having to replace items. Yes, I have to take some responsibility for the person who signed on my behalf and without my permission not checking every single item on the pallet when the delivery driver was there (?), but this company also has to and refuses to. They have insinuated that I am a liar, if this is the case would I really have taken 4 months to tell them about missing items. I accept that there may have been a genuine error on their part or perhaps my items were never put on in the warehouse or went missing in delivery. Whatever the reason this company refuses to take any responsibility and will not replace the items I have paid for and not received or refund my money. I've been well and truly stung - do not let this happen to you.

• Poor Poor Service

  Ordered shower fittings and the wrong items were sent twice. Took 4 months to receive a refund despite repeated requests and phone calls. Worst company I have dealt especially their Sales Manager Tom.
