Can't do thier jobs!

I recently went to the council for help and advice as my landlord has increased my rent to more than i can afford and i do not have the �£2000 i would need to more to another privately rented property. So far i have delt with a man not interested in how disstressing this is to me and my children and who constantly interupts you when you are talking, they have lost my bank statement, my rent statement AND my Tenancy agreement and at the end of the day their advice is "don't pay your rent if you can't afford it and don't move out untill the baliffs come to throw you out and then we'll help you but you'll be on the lower grade because you'll be making yourself homeless". WHAT A USULESS, DISSORGANISED AND TOTALLY OBISMAL SYSTEM, STAFF SET UP AND COMPLETELY CONTRARY TO COMMON SENSE LOGIC THEY ALL SEEM TO WORK UNDER. I am now forced to wait for balifs an the thought of being housed with god knows who next door!!!!
