VERY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE AND ABUSIVE TO ME! I TRIED TO REASON WITH THEM BUT THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP! THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND DID NOT LET ME TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COURSE.
