• One in a million!

  Looking at the ladys review below I can say that if she did have problems at One True Salon then she is one in a very small minority of people. I have been getting my hair cut here for years now, even back in the days when the Salon was on New Road. I have never had any issues and always see the staff treating customers with the greatest respect while on the premises. The team are well disciplined and I know James always expects high standards from them. It is a shame that you were not satidfied with the service but being bitter will get you no sympathy.

  As the owner of One True Salon I can say that on the day the events described were not as this lady states I was there and no fuss was made the stylist is one I have trained myself and as a Trainner of National Champions I belive my training is second to none, no letter of complaint was recived the simple fact is that a lot of cheapscates do ther hair on the cheap and ruin it then they expect a reputable Salon such as ours to put it right we do our very best but if you go to the doctor with a broken leg you can not expect not to limp home some times peoples expectations are just unrealistic luckily we can aford to do without clients like this 10 years on our sucsses speaks for its self [sorry about the spelling I am dislexic]

  This salon ruined my hair- leaving colour on for over 3 hours-ingnoring all my begging to other members my concern after 4.5 hours i left a few inches shorter and breaking hair and a parking ticket. I returned to see Karen the manager who attempted to rectify but of course she could not put my hair back or repair the totally breaking overprocessed hair i am now left with. I was told the owner was on holiday. I wrote a letter because i had left £135 in deficit for the day they wrecked my hair and asked for advice. I never had a responce-which shows the lack of care and management. When i complained on the day i was told my hair was in such good condition when i came in it will be ok! My hair was in good condition but now left with no option but to cut off. My advice do not visit this uncaring and lack of understanding of products salon.
