Please hold... for 22 minutes listening to lift music ! Grrrr

I'll add a review of the actual place when I get there but initially my first grievance is... My 17 year old (registered disabled) brother requested a couple of irritating slightly inflamed skin tags/moles be removed/checked as our mother died of cancer within 6 months of being diagnosed as having a stomach ulcer and no proper follow up. Initially the Dr he saw spoke very poor English & referred him to a London hospital 3 months down the line ! We requested they consider family history (cancer) and was told to call at exactly 8am to book a second appointment with some body else. Well we were on hold for 22 minutes when a rather abrupt receptionist booked him for a local appointment the same day, Were not sure yet wether its going to be the same result or wether they will carry out this very minor op there and then rather than an un-necessary trip / expense going to London. Watch this space......

most unusual nurse practice

i wouldnt ever use this doctors surgery again the nurse didnt know what she was doing
