  i only brought a veil they greeted me and then aloud me to take my time to brouse. all the other shops in medway pounced on you there was a young girl there who was on the larger side they put her at ease she looked absolutely great i was about to leave as the hail stones dropped from the sky so they suggested that i wait they made me coffee we had a great chat they were brilliant i would definitely recommend them

• Rude and slag off customers

  Ladies, I would avoid this shop! I was made to feel this an inconvenience, not a customer. I was rushed and the entire time we were there they were slagging off previous customers. When my dresses finally came in, they demanded that i came in and paid for the dresses within the next 4 days as they were shutting the shop for two weeks over christmas and didnt want to hold on to them. I would recommend you go to a different shop where they will make you feel special. I brought my bridesmaid dresses from here but would never go back for my bridal gown!

• Rude and slag off their customers!

  I believe that this bridal boutique has only been in the area about 4 years. They have obviously been given a good reputation and it has gone straight to their heads. They spent the entire morning slagging off their customers, made me feel like more of an inconvience than a customer. Maybe it was because i was buying bridesmaid dresses not bridal gowns! When my dresses arrived, they demanded that i came and collected them within the next 4 days as they were shutting over the christmas period and were not willing to keep hold of them. I would suggest you go somewhere else where the assistants make you feel special for your special day!

• Made me feel like a princess!

  Went in on Saturday simply to get ideas of styles for my wedding dress, and ended up coming away with the most gorgeous dress!! Of all the shops in Medway we went to, this had by far the best range, all stunning dresses in a range of styles, sizes and prices to suit all budgets! The dressing room was fab, and the help I received from the staff was first class, from the cheery welcome when we walked in to the help with trying on the dresses correctly! You also don't feel any pressure to buy there and then, as the ladies are happy for you to browse, take the dresses from the rails and most importantly all dresses clearly display the prices so you don't try anything over your budget! I got an absolutely stunning dress from the sale section in the end, but fell in love with half the shop! Make this your first stop for bridalwear in Medway, you won't need or want to go anywhere else! Thanks ladies :o)
