• New boiler

  Someone quoted (slightly) less, someone quoted more but I went with my gut instincts and am glad I did. I asked several questions in advance and were all answered. Very friendly, helpful and refreshingly honest, Dan has a good customer approach that is often lacking these days and worked long hours when the job required. Full details of the job were provided in advance. Listening to him on the phone tells you that his customers aren't forgotten once payment is made, which is reassuring. I have further plumbing projects in the future and wont even bother looking elsewhere as reliability and trustworthiness are two things I hold in high regard. Chatted about yearly servicing tonight and he has already undercut my previous guy significantly! Couldn't recommend someone more. A credit to his trade.

• New Boiler

  Had a new boiler installed when old one was condemned. Dan was first person we contacted after seeing his advert. What a thoroughly honest, reliable & trustworthy person. We left a key for him to come and go as he pleased as couldn't get time off work. It was a pleasure to come home to find the place very clean, he even washed the kitchen floor!!!. Totally recommend him. Look no further for honest value for money. - Dan's your man !!

  .Dan was extremely competitive on price,but the deciding factor was our feeling that he was a geniune and honest person.Nothing that followed has changed this opinion.He does what he has promised,on time,and on budget.He keeps you informed about progress of the job,and will alter his schedule to suit you.He is thoroughly trustworthy.You can leave him alone in your home with ultimate confidence that he won`t go "nosing around" in your private things.We recommend him to you UNRESERVEDLY.

• MAJOR HEAT

  jUST HAD A BATHROOM FITTED THE JOB WAS PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH FROM THE QUOTE TO THE GROUTING ON THE TILES. THE QUOTE WAS VERY GOOD. MY HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS WHEN THEY LEFT. THE JOBS FINAL PRICE WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED AND HE DID 5 OR 6 JOBS FOR FREE. CAN'T PROMISE YOU WILL THOUGH LOL

• Professional and reliable

  Dan has done work for us since we moved into our property about 3 years ago. We had endless problems with our heating in the beginning as it was a very old system and really needed replacing. I could call Dan at any time of the day and he would make time to come and resolve the issue. At one point we had some of the radiators replaced and Dan provided very competitive pricing and excellent work. In the last month we have asked Dan to replace the boiler as well as the water system to move from the old gravity feed system to a new pressurised solution. Dan again did this work very efficiently and professionally. Even when we found that some old pipes from years back were not sealed properly and now started leaking with the new pressurised system, Dan came back and sealed these off by reshuffling his schedule and fixing the issue at no cost. I recommend Dan to anyone who wants small or big jobs done.

• RELIABLE,HONEST AND ON TIME!!!

  HAVE JUST A NEW BOLIER AND COMPLETE NEW RADIATOR SYSTEM PUT IN BY DAN AT MAJOR HEAT.CANT BELIEVE HOW EFFICIENT,HONEST AND RELIABLE THIS SERVICE WAS.NOTHING WAS AN EFFORT AND DIDNT HAVE TO TAKE ANY EXTRA TIME OFF WORK AS JOB WAS DONE IN TIME QUOTED UNLIKE OTHER EXPERIENCES THAT I HAVE HAD.NO MESS,NO FUSS AND A VERY REASONABLE PRICE,TAKE MY ADVICE AND LOOK NO FURTHER IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY.

  Just want to mention first of all that I totally disagree with the previous review. We recently had a new heating system fitted.I had several quotes from different companies and Dan was far the most competetive. Nothing was too much trouble. He is friendly,understanding and extremely helpful. I can highly recommend his work. His work was very precise,clean and fast. He is always reachable on the on the other end of the phone, unlike other trades men once you paid them they become unobtainable. His customer care is second to none. He is an all around nice guy and very professional. We were extremely happy with his work. He also gives five year warranty on his pipe work. Dan takes full responsibility for his work and has also covered some work that was not his and has come back and fixed this for us free of charge. Does this sound like a rogue trader? I don;'t think so.Thank you so much, Dan.
