We try to always keep our training sessions as new and interesting as possible which is why unlike many other gyms we are able to utilise our countryside location to adapt our sessions and exercises to be moved outdoors whenever possible.
We understand everyone has different and specific fitness goals, so when you train with us, our broad programme will ensure you achieve your targets, no matter what your level of fitness or current ability.
Amongst our varied group/personal training classes we also have specialist trainers who come in to offer other classes which include the running clinic, HIIT, yoga and wellbeing retreat days.

Friendly people and great atmosphere. I injured my wrist quite badly and didn't think I would be able to get back to my fitness level. The trainers at One Twenty have been there to not only help improve my technique but push my fitness and I am glad to say I am probably in the best shape I have ever been. I would definitely recommend One Twenty to anyone no matter your fitness ability.
