We bought a BMW x3, following week found the rear heated windscreen didn't work properly, they repaired it with silver paint which stands out an doesn't look very nice, if that doesn't work they won't replace it even though trading standards States repair, replace or refund, also cup holder broke after using it twice, they just said one of those things, being in retail myself we go out our way to keep customers happy, shame these people don't, spend your money elsewhere

DO NOT use the garage
I bought a pugeot from this garage, only to find it leaked petrol. I took it back. They said they had fixed it, but next time i filled up the tank, it happened agaiin. When I took it back again, they said that it was not covered, and I should pay them to fix it. I was then looking to buy a ford fusion. i attended the auction at Paddock wood, and saw the car I wanted. I lost out on the bid, and it was purchased for £3450. I later saw this car on autotrader, which Maidstone Autocentre were selling for over £5000. They had done absolutely nothing to the car, and were already to make over £1500 on it. Please DO NOT ever buy from this dodgy company

I wouldn't buy anything again from this car company
I bought a car from this company last November and it has been plagued with continous problems since then. The car itself has had to be taken back to them a number of times at my cost which they ''fixed'' very quickly but went wrong again just as quick. It broke down, I had problems with my battery, needed replacement fan belt, radiator, exhaust and who knows what else it's only been 6 months! They did pay for the replacements and my AA costs on one of the occassions but I am still very out of pocket. I would reccomend you steer clear of these as their cars are obviously not checked and sold with problems.

I have used Maidstone Autocentre since they started and indeed used the owners previuos business. I always have good honest service with a telephone call if they find something wrong suggesting a solution which i do not hvae to take. Also they provided a reliable used car for my daughter.
